James is very excited this week - he has specifically asked for very little - so I think we should make the most of this - it'll be different next year you can bet. No doubt they both will be spoiled rotten.
I'm really excited about spending Christmas in Brighton this year - I think that Alun Williams is going into the sea again on Christmas Day

On Fri we went out to the Alibi bar on Hove Seafront to wet the babies heads - Louise in my case and Baby Sam in Alun's. An early start with a late finish (thanks to the new licensing laws) with a few beers in between. A BIG THANKS to all those who braved the cold night to come and celebrate the arrival of the little people.
Sam and her daughter Amberley were down to see the new baby Louise Harvey in Brighton today and kept Sarah company whilst I was out wetting the baby's head!
I registered the birth of Louise Ellen this week - so she now exists on the system and has her NHS (NI?) number. That's two "Born in Brighton & Hove" birth certs now have........

I just managed to get James to sit still for 5 seconds to grab this snap today - When I have a moment I'll cut out the chairs etc in the background....
The Christmas Tree went up this weekend in Hove - as you can see from this photo - James is impressed but his sister less so! (Sarah was even less impressed I'd dressed James in the Birmingham City FC strip for the day!)
